TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V757000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO YOUNG CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1195 S STATE RD, IONIA, MI 48846, (616)841-5443) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ANTI-FREEZE NEEDED TO BE TOPPED OFF DUE TO AN EXCESSIVE ANTI FREEZE LEAK. THE LOCATION OF THE LEAK WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,000.
