Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TOM WOOD FORD LOCATED AT (3130 E 96TH ST, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46240) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A MISFIRE ON CYLINDER NUMBER 3. THE REPAIR WAS STILL PENDING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.*DT*JB
