MY VEHICLE WILL NOT START ( SOMETIMES) IF MY FRONT WHEELS ARE TURNED LEFT OR RIGHT WHEN PARKED. FORCING THE STEERING WHEEL TO ALIGN WHEELS STRAIGHT AHEAD IT WILL START.
