BRAKES ON TRUCK WAS ENGAGING WITHOUT PRESSING ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. THIS WORN DOWN THE BRAKE PADS. BRAKE COMPANY SAID THE PUMP FAILED CAUSING THIS TO HAPPEN.
