Consumer Description
I PURCHASED THIS PACIFICA PRE-OWNED IN JULY 2019 WITH 18K+ MILES. FROM DAY ONE I COMPLAINED ABOUT 2 THINGS: 1. ROUGH IDLE (VIBRATION) AND 2. BRIEF LOSS OF POWER ON ACCELERATION AT ABOUT 17-18 MPH (FROM FULL STOP), THEN "LURCHING"/JOLTING INTO GEAR AND ACCELERATING PROPERLY THEREAFTER. PEMBROKE PINES, FL,AUTONATION CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP DEALER FIRST SAID THEY COULDN'T DUPLICATE THE PROBLEMS...THEN ACKNOWLEDGED THESE ARE ACTUALLY KNOWN COMMON ISSUES BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS. IN RESEARCHING THE PROBLEMS, IT LOOKS LIKE NHTSA ISSUED TSBS FOR BOTH OF PROBLEMS WITH INSTRUCTIONS (TO CORRECT)..PLEASE FORWARD THE TSB NUMBERS AND/OR LINKS THAT I CAN PRINT AND BRING TO AUTONATION SERVICE. THANK YOU
