TURNING OR DRIVING STRAIGHT. PUBLIC STREET OR STRAIGHT AS IN USING DRIVEWAY. STATIONARY, MAY START THEN STALL, OR WHILE IN MOTION. NOT ONE DATE - ALL THE TIME.
