TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WAS BEING PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE SUBFRAME WAS EXTREMELY CORRODED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 167,000.
