WATER IN ENGINE AIRBOX. NOTICED AIR FILTER SATURATED WITH WATER WHEN CHANGING AT 21,000 MILES. APPEARS TO BE A KNOWN PROBLEM THAT IS NOT BEING ADDRESSED BY VW IN THE US.
