Consumer Description

WHEN BRAKING WITH LEFT FOOT TO SLOW DOWN OR STOP... IF RIGHT FOOT IS ON ACCELERATOR THE CAR LOSES POWER (ENGINE KEEPS RUNNING THOUGH) AND CANNOT ACCELERATE AND MUST STOP ENGINE AND RESTART TO REGAIN CONTROL. RELATIVE HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH HIS 2017 PACIFICA AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM. CHRYSLER HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIX MINE EITHER. CHRYSLER CLOSED MY CASE BASICALLY SAYING TAKE IT IN TO BE REPAIRED...THERE IS NO FIX. HAPPENING WHEN CAR NEW TO PRESENT.
