Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE SECURITY ALARM WAS ACTIVATED. THE CONTACT SAW THAT THE TAIL GATE WAS OPEN. THE TAILGATE WAS CLOSED AND THE ALARM DEACTIVATED. THE CONTACT HAD EXPERIENCED THE FAILURE MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LOCAL DEALER GULLO FORD OF CONROE LOCATED AT 925 INTERSTATE 45 S, CONROE, TX 77301, WHERE THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,800.
