TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE RPM REVVED UP AND THE VEHICLE LUNGED FORWARD. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER FUCCILLO HYUNDAI LOCATED AT (1910 ALVIN RD, GRAND ISLAND NY) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
