TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 KIA SOUL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE AT AN UNKNOWN DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SUBJECTED TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V120000 (ENGINE, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER HOWEVER, AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED THE SERVICE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ALM KIA LOCATED AT SOUTH 4310 JONESBORO RD, UNION CITY, GA 30291, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE MISFIRE WAS DUE TO DEFECTIVE IGNITION COILS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 167,364.
