GM RECALL ON BLOCK HEATER CORD. THIS HAS BEEN OPEN FOR OVER 1 YEAR, AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE FIX. SURELY THEY HAVE FIGURED OUT WHAT TO DO TO FIX PROBLEM! RE: NHTSA# 19V328
