Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 INFINITY QX56. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER AIR BAG COVER WAS CRACKING. THERE WERE NO RECALLS AND THE ISSUE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE AIR BAG COULD DEPLOY WITHOUT WARNING SINCE IT WAS CRACKED AND POSSIBLY INJURIE THE PASSENGER. THE CONTACT WENT TO INFINITI OF CORAL GABLES (2701 S LE JEUNE RD CORAL GABLES, FL 33134 (786) 899-5127) WHO OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE OR DIAGNOSES AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
