TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 BMW 328I. THE CONTACT STATED THAT LEATHER COVERING ON THE FRONT PASSENGERS DOOR HANDLE MELTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE AUTOBAHN BMW FORT WORTH, LOCATED AT 2828 WHITE SETTLEMENT RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76107, WHERE THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 66,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
