Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY SWITCHED FROM DRIVE INTO REVERSE. THE PARKING BRAKE WAS ACTIVATED WHICH ASSISTED IN STOPPING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO CASE WAS OPENED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 73,723. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE WARRANTY WAS NOT HONORED. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THERE WAS NO WARRANTY.*JS.
