Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 CHEVROLET TRAX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNDISCLOSED SPEED, THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPED AND INADVERTENTLY CHANGED GEARS WHILE THE VEHICLE SHUDDERED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO (BENNETT CHEVROLET DEALER, (6721 E BLACK HORSE PIKE, EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ 08234, (609) 641-0444) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DEDUCE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 13.
