Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VIDEO SCREEN ON THE CONSOLE WENT BLANK AND THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS SEVERAL SETTINGS INCLUDING THE DEFROSTER. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE ISSUE WOULD BE ADDRESSED DURING THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2019 WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO (COBLESKILL CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM 5709 2444, NY-7, COBLESKILL, NY 12043 (518) 234-4000) BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,500. *DT*JB
