Consumer Description
MOTOR SHUTS OFF TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD (HAPPENED 3 TIMES SINCE 2016). TWICE ON A CURVE 30 - 40 MPH & ONCE DOWN A STRAIGHT AWAY 60MPH (SCARY). GOT ON YOUR WEB SIGHT NHTSA RECALL # 19V-813. - MANUFACTURER RECALL # V62. WE HAVE STOPPED DRIVING THE VEHICLE. CALLED DODGE GAVE ME CASE # 74962415. TALKED TO A [XXX] AT DODGE SAID HE COULD NOT LOAN ME A VEHICLE. ASK HIM TO LET ME SPEAK TO HIS SUPERIOR...HE SAID NO. TALKED TO BOBILYA DODGE (LOCAL DEALER). NO HELP WITH THIS RECALL UNTIL THEY FIGURE OUT A REMEDY. (RECALL RELATED INCIDENT) TS CAN YOU HELP? NEED A VEHICLE!
