-SEAT BELTS HAVE BECOME DIFFICULT TO USE (STICKY, HARD)...TO PULL OUT TO CONNECT WITH "SNAP". -PLASTIC BASE (AROUND BOTTOM OF SEAT BY FLOOR) BECAME DISTORTED/WARPED, CAUGHT ON BOTTOM OF SEAT WHEN ADJUSTING AND BROKE.
