Consumer Description
STEERING ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST SYSTEM FAILS INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING, RESULTING IN LOSS OF STEERING ABILITY POSSIBLY CAUSING A SERIOUS ACCIDENT OR DEATH. RECALL WAS DATED 03/31/2014 BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. DATA BASE SAYS NO RECALLS ARE PENDING BUT OBVIOUSLY THE PROBLEM DOES STILL EXISTS. VEHICLE IS STATIONARY, IN MOTION, AND ON ANY STREET WHEN THE PROBLEM ARISES. WARNING BEEP SOUNDS AND NOTICE POPS UP IN THE WARNING SECTION ON THE CONSOLE.
