Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER WAS ACTIVATED BUT FAILED TO PERFORM AS INTENDED. THE CONTACT STATED DUE TO FAILURE HE WAS UNABLE TO DEFROST HIS WINDOWS DURING COLD WEATHER AND UNABLE TO SEE CLEARLY WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE HEATER CORE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,000.
