Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SEAT BELTS WOULD NOT PROPERLY RETRACT. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO THE B PILLAR PLASTIC BELT HOLDER/POST HAD CRACKING. THE FAILURE WAS PRESENT ON BOTH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE SEATS ON THE FRONT AND 3RD ROW. THE CAUSE OF THE CRACK WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER CHAPMAN DODGE/CHRYSLER(3800 N. 89TH ST. SCOTTSDALE AZ) WAS NOTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000. *BF *TP
