Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FIAT 500E. WHILE DRIVING AT 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST MOTIVE POWER WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO RENTON CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM LOCATED AT 585 RAINIER AVE S, RENTON, WA 98057, (425) 430-1000 TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A LOSS OF POWER IN THE POWER INVERTER WHICH CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V303000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000.
