TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FORD F-350. WHILE DRIVING, THE ENGINE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HALEY FORD RICHMOND (10724 JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY, RICHMOND, VA 23237) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE MOTOR WAS BLOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000.
