TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 NISSAN VERSA. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE PROPERLY AND, EVENTUALLY, FAILED TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PASSPORT NISSAN (5000 AUTH WAY, MARLOW HEIGHTS, MD) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
