TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. DWAYNE LANE'S CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (10515 EVERGREEN WAY, EVERETT, WA 98204) WAS CONTACTED, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 123,000.
