Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING, THE CHECK ENGINE AND WRENCH ICON INDICATORS ILLUMINATED, WHICH INSTRUCTED THE DRIVER TO CALL THE DEALER IMMEDIATELY AND NOT TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO BUTLER COUNTY FORD (400 S MAIN ST, BUTLER, PA 16001, (724) 287-2766) WHERE IT WAS NOTICED THAT RODENTS CHEWED THROUGH THE WIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 18,000.
