Consumer Description
I REGULARLY HAVE MY TRUCK SERVICED . . TODAY MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WITH NO WARNING. IT SENT A MESSAGE TO PUT VEHICLE IN PARK. IT WAS TOWED TO MY HOME. IT WILL NOT LET ME SHIFT TO DRIVE WITH AN UNCONTROLLABLE VIBRATION. IT DID ALMOST THE SAME THING WHEN IT WAS RECALLED. I HAVE ALWAYS PAUD MY PAYMENTS ON TIME ... HAD IT SERVUCED ACCORDINGLY. MT TRUCK HAS GIVEN ME MORE PROBLEMS THAN I DESERVE. WE WERE ON TGE MAIN HIGHWAY WHEN THIS HAPPENED THANK GOD NO ONE WAS COMING BEHIND ME IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A BAD ACCIDENT...HELP [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).' *PM
