Consumer Description

RAV4 HYBRID LIMITED WITH NAVIGATION. THE NAVIGATION CONTROL [MAPS / RADIO / VOLUME CONTROL] FREEZES SUDDENLY AND SCREEN IS NOT MANAGEABLE UNTIL THE CAR STOPS, ENGINE TURNED OFF AND BACK ON. ONE TIME, RADIO WAS LOUD, AND COULD NOT TURN IT DOWN AS THE SCREEN WAS FROZEN. HAS HAPPENED ABOUT ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS.
