I BOUGHT THIS CAR BRAND NEW IN JUNE 2013 AND ABOUT 3 YEARS AFTER PURCHASING THE HEAT HAS GONE OUT BUT THE AIR WORKS FINE IN SUMMER, SO I'VE BEEN WITHOUT HEAT BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD THE REPAIR COST AND I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER BUY ANOTHER DODGE ON ACCOUNT THAT AFTER READING THAT SO MANY OTHER OWNERS HAVE HAD THE VERY SAME PROBLEM BUT YET DODGE DOES NOT SEE THE NEED TO DO A RECALL ON THIS PROBLEM....SO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ENDS AFTER YOU SAY I DO!
