Consumer Description
HAVE AN ON GOING PROBLEM, RIGHT REAR DOOR WHEN BELOW FREEZING WILL NOT LATCH. HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS FOR UPDATES, REPAIRS, ETC. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AS I HAVE TWO YOUNG INS THAT RIDE BACK THERE. FORD NEED TO COME UP WITH ACTUAL SOLUTION AND NOT JUST POUR ETHONAL/WINDSHEILD WASHER ON COMPONENTS FOR A BANDAID FIX. I DO HAVE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE VISITS TO DEALER.
