TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BMW 328D. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE DRIVE TRAIN MALFUNCTION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BERT OGDEN BMW (3201 N 10TH ST, MCALLEN, TX 78501, (956) 467-5663) ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO RETRIEVE A FAULT CODE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE MAY BE DUE TO AN EGR FAILURE AS INDICATED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V755000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 99,800.
