Consumer Description

2013 DODGE DART WHEN PLACED IN TO PARK WITH FLOOR GEAR SHIFTER WILL NOT RELEASE THE KEY FOB TO ALLOW IT TO BE REMOVED. THE KEY CANNOT TURN PAST THE AUX POSITION & CANNOT BE REMOVED EVEN THOUGH THE CAR IS IN PARK. THE HAS BEEN SERVICED 3 TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM AND HAS NEVER BEEN COMPLETELY FIXED. WITHIN WEEKS IT DOES IT AGAIN. DEALERS HAVE NO EXPLANATION FOR THIS PROBLEM.WHEN JAMMING THE SHIFTER FOR 1-5 MINUTES IT USUALLY RELEASES THE KEY.
