Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HYUNDAI GENESIS. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH IN INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE WINDOWS FOGGED UP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEFROSTER WAS ACTIVATED, BUT FAILED TO CLEAR THE WINDOWS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO SEE OUT OF THE WINDOWS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT PREVIOUSLY CONTACTED HYUNDAI GREENFIELD (6133 S 27TH ST, GREENFIELD, WI 53221, (414) 238-2000) AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
