Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PUSH START FEATURE WOULD NOT START THE ENGINE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO ESSERMAN LARGE HONDO (554 NEE AVE, FLORIDA CITY, FL 33034, (844) 329-6036) TWICE. DURING BOTH VISITS, THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NETS CAMPAIGN NUMBER: (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
