Consumer Description

DOORS DO NO STAY CLOSED. HAD UPDATES DONE ON 11/25/19 SECOND TIME ON 11/27/19 DOOR ON RIGHT REAR WOULD NOT REMAIN CLOSED ALSO DRIVERS DOOR DID THE SAME BUT WAS ABLE TO CLOSE AFTER IT WARMED UP . MY 12 YEAR OLD SON AND 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN THE BACK. IS FORD GOING TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR A PERMANENT REPAIR THAT WORKS. IN THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LETTER SAYS IT'S A ONE TIME FIX. FIRST OFF IT NEEDS TO BE A FIX.
