Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO AVOID A DEER, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A GUARDRAIL. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE HEAD, FACE, AND CHEST THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. POLICE REPORT NUMBER: 190668604 WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 293,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
