TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 BUICK LACROSSE. SPORADICALLY, WHILE STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE DOORS FAILED TO LOCK, THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED TO SHIFT, AND THE VEHICLE DID NOT ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE REVVED, THE RPMS INCREASED, AND THE ECO WARNING MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO O'RIELLY CHEVROLET (6160 E BROADWAY BLVD, TUCSON, AZ 85711, (520) 829-3876), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 9-5654186782. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,002.
