Consumer Description

DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, THE ENGINE STARTED TICKING AND WITHIN SECONDS WITHOUT ANY WARNING LIGHTS ON THE DASHBOARD, THE CAR LOST ALL ITS ENGINE. HAD TO PULL OFF THE HIGHWAY AND BE TOWED TO LOCAL DEALERSHIP. UPON ARRIVAL TO THE DEALERSHIP, CAR WAS INSPECTED BY A TECHNICIAN WHO STARTED MY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT, WAS SURPRISED 1. IT STARTED 2. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND/OR OIL PRESSURE LIGHT WAS ON THE DASHBOARD DISPLAY. CAR HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED WITH REGULAR FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGES - HAVE PROOF OF REGULAR MAINTENANCE.
