Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 NISSAN VERSA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. WHEN DRIVING THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO ACCELERATE AND AN UNKNOWN WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RIVERSIDE NISSAN (8330 INDIANA AVE B, RIVERSIDE, CA 92504, (951) 509-6500) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY COULD ONLY ASSIST WITH 60% OF THE REPAIR COST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
