Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE DRIVING 35 TO 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED VIOLENTLY WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JIM CLICK JEEP (701 W AUTO MALL DR, TUCSON, AZ 85705, (866) 933-1114) WHERE THE COMPUTER WAS UPGRADED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED AND IT WAS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO LARRY H. MILLER CHRYSLER JEEP TUCSON (7800 E 22ND ST, TUCSON, AZ 85710, (520) 395-9310), BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS NO FAILURE WITH THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
