Consumer Description

STEERING WHEEL LOCKS UP WHILE DRIVING. SAFELY STOPPING THE VEHICLE, TURNING THE VEHICLE OFF, AND THEN RESTARTING THE VEHICLE RESETS AND UNLOCKS THE STEERING WHEEL. THIS HAS OCCURRED 4 TIMES NOW, TODAY BEING THE 4TH SINCE WE BOUGHT THE VEHICLE IN JULY 2019. TODAY'S STEERING WHEEL LOCKUP PRESENTED AN ERROR ON THE DASH: "DYNAMIC STEERING WHEEL SERVICE REQUIRED". PREVIOUS EVENTS OCCURRED IN SEPTEMBER AND AUGUST OF 2019, BUT WITHOUT ERROR DISPLAY.
