Consumer Description
I RECENTLY HAD MY TIRES ROTATED FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE MECHANIC REPORTED THAT ONLY 3 OF THE 5 LUG NUTS WERE TORQUED TO SPECIFICATION. THE OTHER TWO WERE ONLY "FINGER TIGHT"
