Consumer Description

DURING NORMAL DRIVING OF VEHICLE WHEN COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP, RELEASING THE BRAKE WITHOUT APPLYING ANY GAS WILL PRODUCE A "BUMP" OR A SLIGHT "JERKING" FORWARD. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN EVERY TIME BUT HAS BEEN HAPPING SINCE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE IN MANY TIMES TO REMEDY THE SITUATION THAT INCLUDED, UPDATING OF SOFTWARE AS WELL AS THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION WHICH STILL HAS HAD NO EFFECT. THERE ARE NUMEROUS CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE DOCUMENTED THIS VERY ISSUE WITH THE RAM PRODUCT THAT INCLUDE MANY YEARS/MODELS HOWEVER IT SEEMS THAT THIS VERY ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED NOR DOES IT SEEM LIKE IT WILL BE RESOLVED ANY TIME SOON. MANUFACTURE REFUSED BUY BACK OR TRADE IN FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.
