Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KIA SEDONA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR OPENED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH. THE CONTACT CALLED TWO DIFFERENT DEALERS, INCLUDING JOE MYERS KIA AT 713-587-9940 (LOCATED AT 16484 NW FWY, HOUSTON, TX 77040) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 169,000.
