TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KIA SEDONA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SLIDING DOOR FAILED TO OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
