WHILE DRIVING ON A CITY STREET, THE DOOR LOCKS CYCLED SEVERAL TIMES, THE RADIO WENT OFF AND ON, THE ENGINE SEEMED TO STALL AS IF A BAD RELAY OR FAULTY GROUND STRAP. WEATHER WAS CLEAR AND DRY.
