TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET VOLT. WHILE THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING 35 MPH, THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WENT BLACK AND BECAME INOPERABLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
