TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET VOLT. UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FAILED WITHOUT WARNING AND PREVENTED THE CONTACT FROM VIEWING THE SPEED LIMIT. IN ADDITION, THE BATTERY PERCENTAGE, TURN SIGNALS, AND FUEL LEVEL COULD NOT BE SEEN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
